Charming vintage 1960s mini sundress with a vibrant watercolor floral pattern. Features a lively mix of colors, built in bloomer style underwear, flared skirt, built in cups and shelf bra, waist sash, and structured top with a sweetheart neckline and smocked elastic back and waist. New with tags, I believe it may be a swimming costume/dress but I feel it could also be worn as a normal sun dress. Marked a size 16 but could fit smaller. One flaw as seen that could be mended.
