Vintage Northern Reflections 100% Cotton Paisley midi skirt small - medium

This Northern Reflections skirt features a navy blue and red palette in a pleated A-line design, perfect for casual summer wear. The midi length and breathable fabric ensure comfort and style. This skirt has a button down front, loops for a belt, and best of all, POCKETS! Super sweet little vintage number. Waist not stretched is about 12.5, but goes up to 16”. It could fit a small to a medium very comfortably while still allowing for the pleats to lay nicely. I am 5’4” and wear a small for reference.
