Floral Print Top Off Shoulder

Vibrant floral print dress with a mix of colors. Perfect for a cheerful look. It looks beautiful on. It still has plastic connector for tag, so I think it is NWOT. It is soft and flowy. My husband says it is flattering with the muted reds, yellows, blues, and greens on a cream background. But I won't wear a strapless bra unless I am attending a major event.
