Set of 2 Vintage Artisan Bone & Wooden Elephant Necklaces

Two vintage artisan handcrafted necklaces featuring elephants as the design focal point. First is a hand carved wooden beaded necklace that measures 45” and does not have a clasp. Every elephant, bead regardless of the shape is hand carved and features a variety if neutral tones. Perfect piece to layer or wear solo. (As shown in photo one of the poor elephants has a broken foot, when worn this is not noticeable as you can flip it around but I like to disclose all information.) The second is from the 1960’s with a shepherds hook clasp and features carved bone and wooden elephants. Measures 22” and has a beautiful blend of natural wood tones offset by the cream/white bone and bronze/gold colored beads. Excellent condition. *All elephants have their trunk UP which is believed to bring good luck, prosperity, and protection.
