Vintage 1980's Rudolpho Valentino dark navy blue (they look black depending on light) and white cowboy high heel cowboy boots. In years of collecting vintage clothes, I've never seen a pair of boots like this. Rudolpho Valentino had no affiliation with THE Valentino. 100% leather. Made in Spain. The lower white part of the boot has rosettes embossed in the leather. They have a Dallas Cowboy's vibe along with a rockabilly look as well. They are grungy, distressed and well loved, but so cool!
