Made out of 100% polyester, a true Y2K dress featuring a pretty blue base with a white and navy floral design. Has a low v-neckline and empire waist, slimming through the hips and flows out at the bottom. This dress is lined and has a side zip closure. This dress is a women's size 8 and is in good pre-owned condition clean and free of any rips, tears or stains. Armpit to armpit measurement is 17". Hip measurement is 16".
