Gorgeous 2000s formal dress XL

Stunning vintage 2000s formal dress! Has a cowl neck detail, low back with a draped detail. Zipper back, bias cut, so the drape is beautiful. Perfect for prom, a wedding, formal event , etc. Size XL, but seems closer to a M/L Bust 40” Empire 34” Length 50” Either petite or more of a midi length. As is, the strap details are missing a few stones.
