Princess Polly Hazel pretty dress like new!

Cute cute cute! This dress is by Hazel, it is extra small. With a looser fit. It has an adorable tie at the chest with little flutter fabric at the end. It measures empire waist 18 inches shoulder to hem. approximately 30 inches in the front and 31 in the back. The skirt is fully lined. The top is lightly lined in front. Very soft and appears like new! I would say the color is ivory as opposed to pure white.
