Strapless summer dress

This beautiful dress is in excellent condition and has only been worn a few times. Originally a long maxi dress, I decided to customize it for the summer by cutting it to a shorter length, which I absolutely love. Despite my affection for it, I don't wear it as often as I'd like to. There are no holes, rips, or stains, and it even features two convenient pockets. I have included detailed measurements in the attached pictures. This lovely dress was purchased from Kohl's.
