Never been worn! Still has the tags on it. The size is XS but definitely would fit a small. The style and design of the dress allows for stretch for your top half and room for your hips. The ruffle straps can be worn off the shoulder or up. I bought this for a wedding that ultimately we did not attend. It’s a beautiful French Blue color.
