This is a vintage piece so please look at measurements to ensure a proper fit. This is a great piece that is so well made! the skirt is brown and the all over embroidery is a light blue but it is a bolder light blue so it shows up so good against the brown background. This is a full length skirt and has a belt that lets you adjust the waist if you need to. The belt is not attached and is a braided rope style with with beads and jewels on the ends. Side zipper as well as a hidden button on the inner waist to keep it secure. This is a full skirt that is not form fitting.
