Hello, are these used or new? Any flaws like a snag or loose thread, if it is used. Also, what type of fabric are they? Is the red a true red or a burgundy? Thanks !

@_sherrie_h4540 they are used but in great shape. No snags. And the red, to me anyway, is a true red. I'm a Georgia Bulldog fan and I know my reds. LOL
