True vintage, guessing 70s based on plastic zipper. Navy with white and red stripes. Super short mini dress, very mod. One small hole near the seam, will be fixed before shipping. Otherwise good vintage condition with expected wear. Zipper has been repaired, so stripes don't quite align in the back. Sooo cute with some little flats and a headband or platforms and long hair!
