NWT Norma Kamali Shirred Ruffle Midi Skirt with Floral Pattern in Gray and Black, Size XXS (approximately a US size 0).  See size chart in the photos.  Brand new with original tags attached.  Shirred along the sides, fishtail ruffle hem.  When flat and unstretched, skirt measures 31" in length.  It is difficult to get exact measurements on waist and hip as the skirt will stretch quite a bit due to 5% spandex content and all of the ruching along both sides.  While unstretched waist measured 10" straight across, up to 16" when stretched.  Hips measure 15" when unstretched but will stretch several more inches.
