This beautiful dress is perfect for any spring and summer occasion. Wear it on vacation, on the beach, or maybe even a cruise. It is made of a light weight hundred percent cotton material and is fully lined. It has a floral piping design that runs throughout the dress And a little bit of crochet that lines the neck line. The empire waste has elastic so can stretch easily up to 17 inches. * note that the straps are not adjustable. There is just the plastic fixture to make it look like adjustable straps.
