Ava & Viv 1X navy blue velvet dress with flower applique

Ava & Viv navy blue dress Pit to pit 23 in Waist across 20 in Length 29 in I'm not sure if it's an actual flaw or not. On the back shown in pictures. There is like a little mark on the fabric. I don't know if it's just how the Velvet was made cuz it doesn't look like anything that will wash out. The flower on the front does stick up it's not flush against the dress
