Approximate grams is 1.6 including the stone. Ring size is approximate and shown in photo's. AT THE VERY TIP OF THE RING REALLY HARD TO SEE EVEN WITH A LOOP A TINY PIECE OF LAPIS IS MISSING. A really nice ring in my opinion. This ring though is for a person with tiny fingers. I don't believe there would be enough room to make the ring bigger without adding more gold to it.
