Vintage Novelty Print Full Skirt With Butterflies and Flowers L

Made by Vitabella in Norway of 100% cotton. No stretch other than to waistband. Waistband is approximately 2” wide and 15” across,measured flat. Will comfortably stretched to 17 inches. Total length of 33 1/2”,just above ankle length on me at 5’3”. The only flaw I found is a few dots that it appears to be white paint,pictured.
