John Lobb London loafers - ostrich skin - bit loafers

Selling this pair of John Lobb bespoke ostrich skin loafers. The pair for sale here shows three royal warrants, which dates these shoes to sometime around the 1970s. This pair of shoes is unique not only for being made of genuine ostrich skin, but also the style: sort of like a Gucci loafer, but made by John Lobb. They would be very expensive today - at least $20,000. The soles are very lightly worn, and the shoes have plenty of life left. They show signs of wear around the opening edges, and light wrinkles. Very good vintage condition. These are bespoke shoes, custom made for a customer, so sizing is approximate. Measurements for the loafers are as follows: Insole: 10 inches in length Outsole: 10.5 inches Width: 3.75 inches They measure to about a size 7.5 men’s, or 8.5 women’s.
