This is a lovely light blue fit-and-flare dress with a black Peter Pan collar and three non-functional buttons at the top. The neckline isn't too high, but still modest. It's a darling dress that looks great on; I'm simply ready to thin out my herd. Yes, there are pockets. :) Pit-to-pit: 22" Length (shoulder to hem): 38.5" This is a 1X, but it's generous thanks to the stretch of the fabric. I've only worn this a handful of times, so it's still in excellent condition.
