Interesting sterling ring with a spiral of sorts on the top. Split shank that joins in the back. The ring appears to be unmarked, unless there’s a stamp under the top of the ring, which I’m unable to see. No matter, as I have tested the metal and it is, indeed, sterling. It measures to be sz 7 on the mandrel, but because of the open space under the top of the ring, I believe one could size up one. Weight is over 11 grams.
