1945 Lowell, Massachusettes City Directory Book

Got this about 12 years ago when my father passed away cleaning out his apartment. He was born in 1939. Was a child in the 40's. This was his parent's phone book/directory for our county back then. It's pretty old, long before Nynex Yellow pages. Amazing condition considering. 896 pages. Some yellowing pages due to age. Entire book is legible. No major flaws. Binding is intact. Page 1 has some creasing shown in photo (was folded a little) but that's the only page I noticed to be creased) & pg. 487 has small tear through at bottom- lettering not effected as shown. Cool little trip down memory lane for anyone around the city of Lowell in that era. Offers welcomed
