Super fun and playful dress! Plus it has pockets! It’s comfy and great to dress up or down. Tag says Folter, but the dress is also made by Retrolicious who is a sister company of the brand. The chest is a bit on the smaller side, it fit me okay but it was fairly tight even as someone who wears smalls generally.
