Vintage handmade sterling silver filigree butterfly pin, with a C clasp closure. Not signed or hallmarked, common for older pieces. It does have a patent number on the pin closure. This a rare find. A large Victorian era sterling filigree butterfly. You’ll see in the photos Ive pointed out where some filigree is missing or bent from natural years of ware. Tested positive for silver. In good condition with the exceptions I stipulated. The dimensions and other specs are in the photographs. This brooch has unique, ornate craftsmanship.
