This dress has just enough sparkle to make it special. Not so much to be blinding. It’s tasteful. There are little sequins sewn around the flowers on the skirt. Brand new with tags. No flaws. Fabric is the silky swishy polyester. Not see thru and fully lined. Skirt is full and gorgeous!
