Reposhing this item I purchased from @janabirmingham. I accidentally purchased two of these. Size Large JM Collection Brown Pants Chocolate Brown with parts of the elastic waist black. Excellent used condition. No signs of wear, tears, stains, or pilling. The top waist indentions are just from the hanger; they are not damage. These are a soft thick, stretchy, comfortable material.
