The only slight flaws are the name tag on the inside (pre-used), and 2 very small wax type dots- one on the top, one located on a side mesh pockets, neither disrupts function or is noticeable really. Has one big inside pocket, reflective striping on the outside, 2 deep outer mesh pockets for water bottle, adjustable shoulder straps. Great daypack for a day outdoors on the trail!
