This does fit very generously and with the drawstring waist, which is also elasticized, the waistline can be expanded up to 24 in across. The pretty ruffle bottom hits just at the knee for me and I am 5'10, but please see measurements to determine length from the waistline for you. I absolutely love this dress, it just does not fit me anymore. I would buy it in my size if I can find it!
