( well worth to take to your a seamstress as well …, it’s an Oscar)! Whatever you wanna do with it. It’s happened to me in a few skirts. I usually just cut the whole thing out lol (u less they’re higher end , then I don’t want to fool with it by myself ). this is a silk and cotton blendwith shades of pink and a beautiful turmeric type yellow color. They’re like embroidered flowers. It’s outstanding. It’s on the vintage side so I would say if it’s more like an eight and a 10, but I will measure ASAP.
