Vintage 1950s Calypso Mistress of the Sea Fantasy Mermaid figurine from Brazil, made of iridescent luster ceramic. The mermaid is depicted lying on a blue ocean base with a distinctive blue tail, and the piece is marked "Made in Brazil 4096". The figurine is approximately 8” tall and has a handmade quality. These vintage figurines are often sought after by collectors. Great vintage condition as shown with a hand-painted quality.
