@kdegreek I am in perimenopause so getting my hormones balanced was first step then reduce the stress that was in my control. Once those things got handled (which was about 1.5 years) I started counting calories and choosing myself again. I count macros also and get in about 100 grams of protein per day while keeping the carbs and fat balanced. I also am a distance runner plus weight training. Everyone loses differently but this method works for me. Wishing you the best in your journey 🩷

I went straight to menopause after I "lost" everything at 32. Since then it has been such a fight. I am going to be 43 at the end of this month and I am finally putting myself first.
