Vintage (Y2K) Laundry by Shelli Segal lined raincoat/jacket (small)

Pretty tapered waist, slightly pleated skirt, removable hood, trick zipper pickets (and hidden real ones—see photo), zippers on sleeves. Fits more like a small than extra small. I’m a medium and wore it and it was just a bit tight. Bit of fading at the collar (see photo.) Measurements: 18” chest 15” waist 28” length
