Sterling Silver 14kt Gold Accent Grape Leaf Ring

Sterling silver ring in a grape leaf design with three leaves made from 14kt gold and rose gold. Size 7 Ring has a few stamps but the only one I can read says 925, I don't see any clear gold stamps. Ring acid tests positive for sterling silver and I got a clean rub off the leaves and those acid test positive for 14kt gold. K
