Princess Polly Blue & White Checkered “Danny” Fit & Flare Chiffon Dress (2)

This dress is so fun and funky (it reminds me of Wizard of Oz). It is blue and white checkered with lining, an open back with double tie fastening, short balloon sleeves, ruffle on the bottom, elastic waistband and white trimming around the neckline. It is a mini dress with a chiffon overlay. The only flaw is there is a little fraying on one of the back ties, but other than that it’s in great condition!
