Anthropologie Linea Carta Monogram Canapé Plate G You’re a Gem

This is a rare, hard to find plate from this series. Collectible and sold out on Anthropologie. A letter G plate features seven hand drawn gems, scattered across the plate. Figure 1 is yellow and green, figure 2 is a soft greenish yellow, figure 3 is mint green with bits of yellow shimmering, figure 4 is a longer shape in a sapphire blue color. Figure 5 is a Ruby red, figure 6 is a soft pink and white specimen and figure 7 (my favorite) is a larger sky blue with green accents. It’s the largest one. I’m not a jeweler so I can’t name these gems, but this plate is completely charming from top to bottom. Calligrapher Diva Pyari collaborated with Anthropologie on this wonderful alphabet of plates. Pyari was inspired by vintage flash cards she collected while traveling and her illustrations are spot on. Her design is always anchored by her masterful caligraphy. This one cleverly reads “you’re a gem” in Pyari’s gorgeous script. So simple in its beauty. The plate is in perfect condition, like new. On the back it does appear that part of the ceramic was scraped and left a shiny mark behind. It is on the back of the plate. One minsicule bubble in the coating (fig 3) see pic. Love this one so!
