Rise is 10 inches inseam is 33 inches and bottom cuff flare width is 14 inches flat across. Waste flat across is 13.5 inches with stretch to 14.5 inches. These are great almost bell bottom floaty pants that have a hint of a Pelouze pan to them. Very 70s retro with a modern twist perfect for festivals and summer parties.
