This necklace features 26” of beads and a 2” coin-like medallion featuring a bee. Absolutely beautiful all by itself or layered with other designs. Beaded chain in hues of blue and grey with T-bar closure. Just polished! Patina may be polished off more if shiny look is preferred over the aged look. Each piece of French Kande is handmade in their Los Angeles studio by Californian artisans.

tinatom0727 hi, have you tried to clean this necklace? very interested but it will need some work so wanted to make sure I can clean it.

askj19 @tinatom0727 Hi there! Thanks for your question and interest. I believe the patina can be wiped away with a polishing cloth. I know it can on some of the other pieces, so let me try after work today and I’ll let you know. I can post pictures after polishing as well but won’t do too much in case others prefer the patina look. :)

askj19 @tinatom0727 You’re welcome! I just posted a few more pictures after rubbing it with a cleaning cloth. The sterling definitely brightened up and it could probably polish even more, but I didn’t want to do it too much in case someone really likes the patina. A jeweler once polished off all the patina on a Pyrrha necklace I have and it broke my heart. Let me know if you have other questions. :)
