Reposhing this item I purchased from @cooperdogesq. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This ruffled blouse has elastic cuffs and a wrap style to create a cute silhouette. It’s the perfect spring or summer top with a cream color and eyelet fabric which has a romantic cottagecore aestehtic. Loved this and no longer NWT, but I’ve lost weight and no longer fits quite right. Hope it goes to someone who enjoys it!
