Olivia Brown Over-the-Knee Boots SZ 7 1/2

These are thigh-high boots that tie at the top and have an inner zipper at the ankles. The maker is olivia, and I can't make out the last name, nor do I remember ( sorry). These are 7 1/2 and new as seen at the bottom of the boot, although they were tried on but never worn. Measurements are in the photos.
