Sustainably handmade by Southern Bohemian (me!) using recycled fabric. Pull-on elastic waist stretches approx 26-34." Approx 34" overall length with ruffle. Ultra high 13.5" rise. Hips approx 44" Thigh 24" Polyester. Please note that vintage/recycled fabrics and handmade items may have minor imperfections upon close inspection. I do my best to list any obvious flaws.
