donnaschwart925 Ugh, I’ve had that happen before. It’s really cute. I’m sure you’ve tried to air it out. Just in case you’re not aware, you can open up a case with PM if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason. It must be done within 72 hours. This happened to me with a dress I bought and I was able to send it back. I would also check with a shoe/leather repair store and see if they have any suggestions 🤗

chrissyceee @donnaschwart925 thank you. That’s my problem I didn’t realize until later on that I could do that, and it’s too late now. 😔 It is such a pretty bag and I want to keep it but I’m sensitive to scents especially strong chemical like scent. It gives me headaches. So maybe someone won’t mind it and would have better use for it. Airing it out worked a bit. It’s open right now

donnaschwart925 @chrissyceee hopefully it gets better and you won’t have to part with it. I would still message customer support and see what they can do, they’re pretty helpful!!! I had purchased a pair of name brand sunglasses for my husband and we figured out that they were fake!!!!! It was at least a month or so too. I started my message with, I know this is a long shot, but, you can explain that you’re new to PM and it took you some time to figure out what the trigger for your headache was.
