Tiffany Blue Heart Cut Out Back Scoop Neck Fit Flare Skater Mini Dress

Well Loved, but I thought too cute not to post. Soft, comfy, stretchy. Has a bit of wash wear, and a few purplish spots on the shoulder straps, see pics, but not very noticeable. No other flaws, stains, rips, etc. If no one wants this, I've been thinking about using it for a tie-dye project. Really pretty light baby blue or Tiffany blue color, with an adorable heart shaped cut out on the back. No size tag, but I'm gonna go with women's size extra small, XS, or small, S.
