Colourful Matching Skirt Set

Very 80s/90s inspired matching set. Skirt has elastic waist is lined and the top is shirred at the back and has adjustable straps. The top is an M and the bottom is a 12. Weird way to size a matching set but I guess that’s why I’m not in charge of a big fashion company despite my good ideas about sizing!! Both pieces are 100% cotton. Flat measurements Top Pit to pit 19” Bottom width is 17” Both have extra 2-3 inches of stretch Length is 15” but is adjustable to be longer or shorter Skirt Waist 16” but stretches to 19” Hip 24”
