Top measurements pit to pit 20”. Shoulder to hem 25”. Could be worn as top or jacket. Skirt measurements: high waisted waist 13.5”. Length 29”. Hips 21”. Has pockets. Hook closure and side zipper. Suede like feel but, no fabric label.
