This is a Love on a Hanger Houndstooth Mini Skirt that is a size 3. It is 80% Polyester, 18% Rayon and 2% Spandex. It has a 24.5" Waist and the Length is 15.5". In good condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
