Ruffle off shoulder blue and white floral jumper. Shoulders measure 18” across without stretching, plenty of give for larger. Bust is 23” - no give for that measurement, waist is 16” flat with elastic stretch, drawstring not functional, total length is 49”. Very cute and lightweight jumper, forefeet for summer!
