This bag is new with tags.But when I purchased it, it had ink marks, I tried to remove them But they will not budge. It appears as if the bag got wet inside. This bag features the story book lining. So even though it is new with tags , I would say it's in good used condition because of the ink marks. Structurally it is like a new bag, And the interior overall is fine.It just looks like it got wet, not sure what happened, This is the condition I received it in.
