This platter was made by Alfred Meakin Ltd., a pottery company established in 1875 in Tunstall, England, and known for producing semi-porcelain tableware until 1976. 
The "Medway Decor" pattern features a distinctive floral design with flowering tree branches, colorful flowers (like lilac, lemon, and red), green leaves, and often includes butterflies. The pattern can also incorporate a decorative inner band with geometric flowers. 
This particular pattern dates back to the early 1900s, with some pieces potentially from as early as 1897. Specific sets within this pattern can be dated to periods like the 1920s-1930s or early to mid-1940s. The platter is 16x12 overall. The serving area is 11 1/2 x 7 1/2. The front is in great condition no chips, the backside has two very small chips. See pics
