has been used please check all photos. still in great shape, hardware looks good! only flaw i could find was some very small rubbing spots(2) on corner - picture included. (photo 11) the hangtag on this bag was customized, i tried to remove it to be less noticeable though - photo included and it’s also shown in the video. picture and video both taken with flash on. love this bag! would keep but I’m downsizing please ask any questions before purchase. can provide additional photos if necessary
