@kathryn1982sb hi! size small ptp is 18.5 and can be adjusted if you tie it a little more open so it can really go all the way to like 22 ptp. length is approximately 17 inches from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Medium is 19.5 and can be adjusted to 23 pto. large is 20.5 ptp and can be adjusted to 24 ptp.
